In this issue, we highlight several new community centers that have either opened in the past year or will be opening very soon. You will also get a behind-the-scenes look at the downtown Burien office of our new storefront police officer and meet other individuals who work in Burien’s public safety system. Our new city councilmembers introduce themselves to the community and we highlight how our community has continued to persevere and show up for each other during challenging times.
